Responsibilities

Provide careful data transfer management, minimal operational disruption, and adherence to all applicable security and performance standards

Assist the infrastructure provider with the setup and installation of all the CPIC PMO application's instances, databases, and server files necessary so that the systems are fully functional for end users

Develop an approved comprehensive migration plan and schedule for the setup, configuration, and testing of all the CPIC PMO application's instances

Develop an approved test plan to evaluate performance in the new infrastructure environment

Develop approved instructions to the new infrastructure provider for the setting up, configuring, and testing of each CPIC PMO system instance

Manage and facilitate the export and transfer of data from the current infrastructure environment to the new environment and make any updates or corrections needed so that the systems are fully functional for end users

Collaborate with the infrastructure provider to identify problems, recommend solutions, and conduct testing to validate fixes so that the systems are fully functional for end users

Develop in coordination with the infrastructure provider, procedures for the installation of system releases, patches, and other operational tasks to support the system's Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline in accordance with the provider’s policies and procedures

Required

Bachelor's Degree in an IT discipline with 4 years of experience in database management OR:

Associate's Degree in IT with demonstrated 6-8 years of experience in database management

ScrumMaster Certified

Proficient in the latest versions of the following: Microsoft Operating Systems; Microsoft Office; Microsoft Teams; .NET; MS SQL Server; MS Active Directory Administration
