Responsibilities
Manage all logistical aspects of trade shows, including coordinating booth and materials, shipping, and vendor management
Venue research and selection, coordinating dealer participation, food and beverage contracts, and related events/activities
Update website content, generate website traffic reports, and perform digital advertising campaign audits, and support social media efforts
Researching and coordinating trade association memberships, updating the PR media list, importing leads and CRM data management, and managing promo items inventory
Qualification
Required
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and budgets simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication for interacting with staff, vendors, and clients
Experience in managing projects from conception to completion
Experience in creating, managing, and adhering to budgets
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience is required
