Responsibilities
Provide customer insurance and financing alternatives
Evaluate customer credit worthiness
Establish high level bank relationships
Prepare financing and legal documents
Provide F&I Training in Sales meetings
Attend and participate in Finance meetings
Sell products and services while displaying expert service to our customers
Participate as part of a management team, take leadership role with salespeople, help establish processes as necessary, help with training and do what can be done daily to make the dealership run more efficiently
Work in the Sales Tower to help direct deals and their progress
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Minimum 1+ year(s) relevant finance, sales, and management experience
Sale License required
Valid and clean WI Driver's License
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to function as part of a team and work independently
Willingness to learn and take direction
Ability to adapt to the needs of a fast-paced work environment
