Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end project intake pipeline from submission to approval, facilitating triage with stakeholders and enforcing qualification criteria

Champion continuous process improvement and governance standards across the IT Portfolio

Lead the design and optimization of ServiceNow and Jira, driving automation initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve data flow

Define and distribute standard portfolio health metrics and reports while conducting in-depth analysis on performance, risks, and root causes for delays

Develop and maintain robust process documentation, training guides, and standards to support the Portfolio team and broader organization

Required

BA/BS in a business or a technical discipline (information systems, engineering, computer science, finance, accounting) and/or related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Project experience utilizing Agile project methodologies for technical or software development

Experience interfacing and communicating with Executives in relation to Information Technology Projects

Experience analyzing and solving complex business problems

Proven ability to manage and own a critical business process (e.g., project intake, demand management)

Expertise in administering, configuring, or optimizing workflows

Strong analytical, financial acumen, and problem-solving skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
