7+ years expCareer Renew is recruiting for one of its clients, a stablecoin platform for builders. They are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer - DeFi to enhance their $M Extensions projects, support partners' technical teams, and improve existing products.

Responsibilities
Design and develop automated onchain minting and cross-chain stablecoin liquidity management solutions
Deploy modern web applications using best practices to ensure security, compliance, security, and high availability
Implement monitoring and alerting systems to deliver high-uptime, low-latency user experiences
Mentor mid-level engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and best practices
Promote engineering excellence and agile practices to deliver projects on schedule and within budget
Qualification
Required
7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with strong proficiency in TypeScript and/or Rust
Basic understanding of smart contract development for EVM-compatible chains, and optionally for non-EVM chains such as Solana, Sui, and others
Advanced backend experience with proven history of building scalable RESTful and GraphQL APIs
Direct experience with DeFi applications, including lending, derivatives, AMMs, and stablecoins, with the ability to design and implement complex on-chain financial logic
Practical experience deploying and managing applications across multi-region cloud platforms
Proficient with CI/CD processes and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Prior experience with the Fireblocks API is a plus
