Responsibilities

Assist in the design and development of primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging

Conduct performance testing (e.g., drop, vibration, compression) and analyze results

Support sustainability efforts by evaluating eco-friendly materials and designs

Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to optimize packaging for cost and efficiency

Document packaging specifications and support compliance with regulatory standards

Participate in packaging line trials and troubleshoot packaging-related issues

Present findings and recommendations to engineering and operations leadership

Required

Major/Relevant Field of Study: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field

Ability to create and follow project work plans

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of packaging materials

Passion for sustainability and innovation in packaging

Use Microsoft office and data analysis tools

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Willingness to work in a hand-on, shop-floor environment
