Responsibilities
Gathers insight and performs routine and ad hoc reporting using various techniques (statistical analysis, data mining)
Conduct ad-hoc reporting and thorough research for best practices and to identify patterns
Frames unstructured problems with structured analysis, sometimes with the assistance of senior analysts or management
Demonstrates understanding of advanced analytical tools & techniques
Performs data extraction/gathering, reconciling ambiguous data, and executes the hypothesis-driven approach
Develop fact-based and actionable recommendations/presentations by using data to tell a complete story
Provide audit trail on factual assertions
Perform any other related duties as required or assigned
Qualification
Required
Four-year college degree
2-3 years related experience and/or training
Broad knowledge of fields such as accounting, marketing, business administration, finance
Intermediate MS Office skills
Intermediate SQL
PowerBI
Experience in statistical analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, and data mining
Ability to identify trends and patterns in data
Ability to explain the drivers behind trends and patterns
Understanding of advanced analytical tools and techniques
