Responsibilities
Gather required documentation for property management system product implementations, ensuring all necessary information is compiled for a smooth transition
Complete implementations within established timelines, ensuring all milestones are met and the process is executed efficiently
Review regulatory documents to ensure the property management system is configured correctly, meeting program compliance requirements
Conduct post-migration reviews to ensure property management systems are set up properly and functioning as intended
Work closely with the property management system team to ensure timelines are met and any potential roadblocks are addressed promptly
Contributes to the Single Stack conversion process, spanning 24-36 months, ensuring careful coordination and execution of the project
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in property management system implementation, IT systems, or operations within the real estate or affordable housing industry
Familiarity with property management software
Knowledge of regulatory compliance for property management systems, including LIHTC and HUD programs
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
Strong project coordination skills and the ability to work within tight deadlines
Dedicated to exceeding expectations, leading by example, and by providing exceptional service
Willingness to embrace feedback and continuously improve
