This role involves managing the project lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction, and optimizing operational processes while maintaining RTI's reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison for third-party gas services vendors
Lead client communications with clarity, responsiveness, and professionalism
Represent RTI in sales meetings as a technical expert
Oversee all aspects of gas services project execution, including:
Reviewing shutdown procedures
Determining gas properties (pressure, temperature)
Planning pump rates, volumes, and transport schedules
Coordinating equipment staging and vendor badging
Ensure seamless mobilization and demobilization of equipment and personnel
Maintain real-time dashboards and shift notes to track KPIs and project status
Optimize supply chain and vendor relationships to maximize profitability
Support proposal development, pricing, and standardization
Lead field reviews and collaborate with operations to ensure deliverables are met
Maintain up-to-date sales presentations and marketing materials
Share lessons learned and safety notifications across RTI
Contribute to onboarding and training of new Artisans
Build strong relationships with client teams in maintenance, operations, engineering, and turnarounds
Influence client processes and introduce innovative solutions

Required

5+ years of experience supervising nitrogen projects
Strong knowledge of nitrogen operations, equipment, and supply chain
Proven ability to troubleshoot field issues and provide technical support
Excellent communication skills and comfort engaging with client leadership

Preferred

Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Skilled in driving change and improving client processes
