The role involves serving as the primary point of contact for customers during the restoration process, managing multiple projects, and ensuring clear communication with all parties involved.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the restoration and reconstruction process
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail
Coordinate between customers, insurance adjusters, TPAs (Third Party Administrators), subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects on track
Schedule appointments, follow up on project timelines, and ensure clear communication with all parties
Maintain accurate documentation and project records
Proactively resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive customer experience from start to finish
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in customer service, project coordination, or administrative roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to stay organized under pressure
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Strong computer and software skills
Preferred
Experience in the insurance, restoration, or reconstruction industry
Familiarity with TPAs
