Entry Level Customer Success Specialist

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Customer Success Specialist responsible for providing high-level customer support to automotive dealerships. This role involves consulting with customers to ensure they effectively use the software purchased, offering both on-site and video conference support.

Providing high level customer support to approximately 30-50 automotive dealerships in a defined area
Providing excellent support for our products
Ensuring that our customers are using the software that they purchased to their full potential
Providing both on-site and video conference support to customers
Traveling up to 50% during training period (approximately 6 months)
Traveling approximately 30% of the time after training

Qualification

Required

Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Must be a self-starter with good time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service and organizational skills
Ability to build strong customer relationships
Must have a valid driver's license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
Ability to travel, with overnight hotel stays, up to 50% during training period (approximately 6 months). After training, must be able to travel approximately 30% of the time
