They are looking for a Developer Advocate to educate engineers on building and testing distributed systems while also influencing the product roadmap based on customer insights.

Responsibilities
Write in-depth, technical blog posts and tutorials that resonate with platform, DevOps and Developers building applications
Create compelling demos, reference architectures, and code samples that showcase Signadot in a real-world context
Own and improve our technical documentation, making it a world-class resource that empowers developers to be successful on their own
Collaborate with marketing provide a feedback loop from our community and target audience to shape content strategy
Help users succeed, answering their technical questions in community channels (e.g., Slack, forums) and on customer-facing calls
Act as a product owner for the developer experience. Be the primary technical voice from the community, channeling feedback, frustrations, and ideas directly to the founding team
Contribute to the product. Use your expertise to identify gaps and contribute to our codebase, especially on features that improve the developer experience
Engage in relevant developer communities and conversations to establish authority and trust, driving organic product awareness for Signadot
You will work alongside the engineering team, and hands-on code contributions are encouraged!
Qualification
Required
Hands-on technical role for an engineer who loves to communicate
Platform engineer or DevOps expert
Passion for teaching, writing, and helping other engineers solve complex problems
Ability to create in-depth, technical blog posts and tutorials
Ability to create compelling demos, reference architectures, and code samples
Ability to own and improve technical documentation
Ability to collaborate with marketing to shape content strategy
Ability to help users succeed by answering technical questions
Ability to act as a product owner for the developer experience
Ability to contribute to the product and identify gaps
Ability to engage in relevant developer communities and conversations
Willingness to work alongside the engineering team and make hands-on code contributions
Preferred
Experience with Kubernetes is highly desired
Experience working for an early stage startup
