Strong presence in the United States and Asia

Commitment to building legal recruiting as a long-term career
Ambition to build lasting relationships and long-term success on the platform

Preferred

Former or current Biglaw attorneys (preferably from top Am Law firms) transitioning into legal recruiting
Legal recruiters within Am Law firms or in-house legal departments
Experienced agency-side legal recruiters with strong placement records at the high end of the market

Benefits

50–70% ratcheted commission structure
Year-end discretionary performance bonuses (up to ~15%)
Annual discretionary Principal-level bonuses
