Responsibilities
Technical Support Engineer Interns focus on diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware and software issues across complex storage environments
Services Associate Interns learn the inner workings of professional services by supporting roles such as sales, engineering, project management, and customer success
In both positions, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop technical expertise, and contribute to customer success
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills for working with prospects, customers, and internal teams
Aptitude for learning new technologies and applying them in customer-facing environments
Ability to follow standard engineering principles and practices
Creative approach to problem-solving
Foundational understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and how AI can enhance customer solutions
Ability to leverage AI-powered tools for data analysis, insights, and process optimization
Interest in emerging technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI
Must be enrolled in an educational or professional program through summer 2026 or later
