Assist in supervising daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company policies
Support the training and development of staff, including employee orientation and ongoing training initiatives
Manage team performance by providing guidance, feedback, and motivation to achieve sales targets
Collaborate with management on pricing strategies and market analysis to optimize sales performance
Maintain organizational standards by ensuring that all areas are clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction
Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and collaboration
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and sales skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Ability to train and develop team members effectively
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities
Preferred
Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred
Experience in sales management or retail operations is advantageous
Familiarity with market trends and pricing strategies is beneficial
Excellent communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus
