Aftermarket Account Manager

Responsibilities
Establish/refine and execute account strategies to optimize long-term growth and profitability
Aligned with customer needs and expectations – conceptualize, drive internal alignment and lead the implementation of significant new service and/or product innovation initiatives
Manage/motivate a network of channel partners to extend our reach and offering
Ensure cross-functional alignment on priorities via strong communications and internal collaboration
Qualification
Required
University degree in Business, Engineering or Material Sciences
Preferred
3+ years of Business experience in Sales, Marketing, Product Management
Insight/knowledge of the Automotive OEM and Aftermarket value chains
Account management representing a highly technical and innovative offering
Demonstrated Key Account/Sales competencies
Understands and have used key selling and marketing principles into automotive value chains
Ability to develop, communicate and sell unique Value Propositions
Experience w/ CRM (SFDC)
Rigorous analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
Cross-functional leadership and collaboration
Results-oriented and strong customer focus
Flexibility/Adaptability - ability to operate both at big picture and very detailed levels
Courage to take risks/make difficult decisions
