Responsibilities
Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for Sage Intacct services, including implementation, optimization, and managed services
Build and maintain a strategic alliance with Sage Intacct’s partner ecosystem, working collaboratively on co-sell opportunities and joint pursuits
Drive new logo acquisition and expand existing client relationships by identifying opportunities across accounting, FP&A, and system optimization
Act as a visible thought leader, representing the firm at industry events, ERP summits, and virtual forums
Serve as the executive sponsor on key Sage Intacct engagements, including ERP selection, implementation, data migration, and post-go-live optimization
Guide clients through the modernization of finance operations, helping them unlock efficiency, insight, and scalability using Sage Intacct
Oversee project delivery quality, ensuring successful outcomes aligned with client goals and best practices
Advise clients on financial process redesign, controls, integrations (e.g., Salesforce, ADP, Bill.com), and reporting frameworks
Build and scale a dedicated Sage Intacct team, including solution architects, implementation consultants, and managed services professionals
Define service offerings, pricing models, and accelerators to standardize delivery and enhance client value
Collaborate with leaders across the Outsourced Finance & Accounting (CAS), Digital Advisory, and ERP ecosystems to deliver integrated services
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience in finance transformation, ERP consulting, or accounting systems advisory, with deep knowledge of Sage Intacct
Proven experience leading or overseeing multiple end-to-end Intacct implementations, including complex multi-entity and multi-currency environments
Demonstrated success in originating and closing $3M–$5M+ in annual services revenue
Strong communication and executive presence, with the ability to advise CFOs, Controllers, and finance leaders
Experience managing delivery teams, project portfolios, and long-term client relationships
Sage Intacct certification(s) strongly preferred
Preferred
Deep understanding of accounting operations, GAAP, financial reporting, and system integration across the back-office stack
Experience advising PE-backed, VC-backed, or high-growth companies on ERP selection and scaling finance functions
Background in consulting (Big 4, mid-tier advisory, or ERP implementation firm) with an entrepreneurial mindset
Familiarity with tools in the Sage Intacct Marketplace and related automation solutions (e.g., AP, AR, expense, time tracking, FP&A)
