Summer Intern 2026 - Compensation (HR)
Schnuck Markets, Inc. is offering a Summer Intern Program based in their St. Louis, Missouri headquarters. The 2026 Compensation Summer Internship supports the compensation team and provides interns with real-world experience in various functions of the Total Rewards department.

Responsibilities
Being exposed to the different functions of the Total Rewards department, including Compensation, Benefits, Payroll and HR Information Systems
Working as a team with teammates within Total Rewards, Human Resources and other interns
Qualification
Required
Current enrollment in a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree program, preferably in Human Resources, and completion of at least 30 credit hours
Available to work full-time Monday through Friday 6/1/2026 – 8/7/2026
Some knowledge/experience in Total Rewards or Human Resources
Comfortable navigating Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and other computer applications
Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Eager to learn, take initiative and be accountable
Displays values consistent with Schnucks' culture
Preferred
minimum of six months employment with Schnucks preferred for Store/Facility Teammates
minimum of one year employment with Schnucks preferred for Store Support Center Teammates
