Responsibilities
Serve as the face of the Risk Advisory Practice to clients and the broader market, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Identify new business opportunities, engage with clients, and lead business development efforts to expand the client base
Actively participate in client pitches, presentations, and industry events to showcase the practice's expertise and value proposition
Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to increase revenues and market share for the Risk Advisory Practice
Set ambitious revenue targets and lead the team in achieving financial goals
Identify emerging trends and market opportunities, adapting the practice's offerings to meet client needs and industry demands
Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment, putting people first and supporting the professional development of team members
Provide mentorship, coaching, and guidance to team members, empowering them to excel in their roles
Promote a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the practice
Continuously assess the practice's capabilities and identify areas for improvement and expansion
Lead initiatives to enhance service offerings, leveraging innovative solutions and technology, including automation, to drive process efficiencies
Collaborate with team members to develop tailored solutions that address clients' unique risk management challenges
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging best practices in risk management and advisory services
Publish thought leadership content, industry insights, and whitepapers to enhance the practice's reputation and thought leadership standing
Represent the practice and organization in relevant industry forums, conferences, and speaking engagements
Monitor the performance of the Risk Advisory Practice against key performance indicators and take proactive steps to achieve targets
Ensure operational excellence within the practice, streamlining processes and ensuring efficient resource allocation
Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards in service delivery
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering value-added services and maintaining open communication with clients
Nurture long-term client relationships, seeking feedback to continuously improve service quality
Engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and tailor solutions accordingly
Qualification
Required
Extensive consulting experience and a diverse background in providing services to clients across various industries, including manufacturing, real estate, construction, energy, transportation, technology and the public sector
More than 15 years of total experience and 2+ years as a Partner
Serve as the face of the Risk Advisory Practice to clients and the broader market, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Identify new business opportunities, engage with clients, and lead business development efforts to expand the client base
Actively participate in client pitches, presentations, and industry events to showcase the practice's expertise and value proposition

Proficiency in enterprise risk management (ERM) and governance (GRC) practices
