Senior Management

Responsibilities

Partner with the COO and functional heads to evolve Vest’s organizational structure for clarity, accountability, and scalability
Develop frameworks for roles, responsibilities, and career progression across teams
Anticipate growth challenges and design systems that support both speed and alignment
Define, articulate, and embed Vest’s cultural values and leadership principles into every stage of the employee lifecycle
Design programs and rituals that foster transparency, connection, and belonging
Lead efforts to maintain Vest’s entrepreneurial energy and mission-driven culture as we scale
Build leadership development programs to strengthen decision-making, coaching, and team management
Coach senior leaders and emerging managers to increase their effectiveness and self-awareness
Establish systems for feedback, goal setting, and performance that reinforce growth and accountability
Partner with business leaders to forecast future talent needs and develop proactive recruiting strategies
Implement structured, values-aligned hiring processes
Ensure Vest’s hiring practices support diversity, equity, and inclusion at every level
Oversee all people operations, including performance reviews, compensation, and compliance
Implement tools and data systems that provide insight into engagement, retention, and organizational health
Ensure processes scale efficiently without losing Vest’s human touch

Preferred

10+ years of progressive HR/People leadership experience, including building systems during high-growth phases
Strong experience in organizational design, leadership development, and scaling culture
Familiarity with investment management, fintech, or professional services environments preferred
Experience working in a remote-first environment is a strong plus
Demonstrated success building high-performing, values-driven organizations
Exceptional communication skills, EQ, and ability to influence at all levels
