Responsibilities

Develop web applications using React, Ruby on Rails, Node.JS, HTML, CSS/SASS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, SQL

Build responsive, pixel-perfect web pages from design mockups

Write clean, efficient, and secure code

Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business needs into technical solutions

Participate in code reviews and troubleshoot complex technical issues

Identify opportunities to improve processes and the overall user experience

Mentor junior developers and promote user-focused, secure development

Required

5+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer (front-end + back-end)

Strong skills in building responsive web apps that match design specifications

Pixel-perfect front-end implementation from Figma/WXD designs using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and CMS frameworks

Experience with GitLab or GitHub

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work independently and within an agile team

Located in Latin America

Fluent English

Preferred

Node.JS experience preferred, including APIs, database design, authentication, and concurrency management

Some experience with Ruby on Rails
