The Organizational Management Intern will gain hands-on experience in various areas of people operations, contributing to projects that enhance employee experience and support talent growth.

Responsibilities

Participate in cross-functional projects supporting HR, L&D, and Recruitment initiatives

Contribute to audits, process documentation, and communication updates to ensure accuracy and consistency

Assist with employee experience programs ranging from focus areas such as onboarding and orientation to training and engagement

Support data analysis efforts, exploring how data and research shape people strategies while contributing insights from your own learning and academic experience

Collaborate on internal communications and project coordination or other ad hoc projects as they come up

Required

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn

Preferred

Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior in a college or university program (Psychology, Education, Human Resources, or related field preferred). Recent graduates may also be considered

Ability to dedicate 15-20 hours per week

Prior facilitation or presentation experience is a plus

Based in Michigan, Virginia, Georgia, or Texas for stronger engagement and mentorship with the Organization Management team
