Technical Project Manager
Storm4 is a specialist GreenTech recruitment firm with clients across Europe, APAC, and North America. They are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Technical Project Manager to lead customer onboarding and end-to-end delivery of data center infrastructure solutions. The role involves managing all phases of service delivery, ensuring high customer satisfaction and successful deployment of services.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end service delivery for data center customer deployments, ensuring on-time activation and high customer satisfaction
Serve as primary technical project contact, managing requirements, schedules, communication, and customer expectations
Oversee implementation of colocation services, network connectivity, power, and equipment installation
Coordinate with operations, engineering, facilities, and vendors to ensure successful deployment
Maintain project plans, documentation, status updates, and risk/issue tracking
Drive issue resolution, escalations, SLA adherence, and continuous process improvements
Qualification
Required
5+ years in service delivery or technical project management within data center, colocation, or managed services environments
Experience managing multiple customer deployments simultaneously
Solid technical understanding of data center infrastructure (power, networking, rack/stack)
Strong organizational, communication, and customer-facing skills
Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field preferred
