Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, logistics, and execution of corporate training programs
Ensure smooth facilitator support, learner communications, and post-training follow-ups
Monitor training data and provide insights to improve program impact
Design and implement operational processes that support a consistent new hire experience
Manage onboarding schedules, content, and coordination across stakeholders
Track onboarding metrics (engagement, time-to-productivity) to drive continuous improvement
Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for learning and onboarding
Partner with HRBPs, Talent Development, and People Experience teams to align processes
Leverage technology (LMS, HR systems) to streamline operations and reporting
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external requirements in all programs
