Drive the flawless delivery of globally integrated brake systems
Guide complex projects from concept through launch, ensuring exceptional execution and delivery
Provide critical leadership in program management, quality assurance, and cost-saving initiatives to global brake applications teams
Champion process improvements and facilitate the establishment of clear, measurable (SMART) goals
Actively coach and develop talented brake systems engineers globally
Continuously enhance engineering processes to ensure programs and results are delivered with exceptional efficiency, timeliness, and robustness
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Deep expertise in brake systems
Program management experience
Leadership skills
Experience in quality assurance
Ability to drive cost-saving initiatives
Experience in establishing clear, measurable (SMART) goals
Coaching and developing skills for engineers
Innovative mindset for enhancing engineering processes
Ability to deliver programs and results with exceptional efficiency, timeliness, and robustness
