Responsibilities

Designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining software modules with a focus on integrating AI capabilities into physics-based simulation workflows
Collaborating with senior engineers and domain experts to translate technical requirements into functional, robust software components
Refining prototypes for AI-driven features, assisting in their transition from concept to production-ready code
Staying current with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and simulation technologies, and proposing innovative ideas to enhance product capabilities
Participating in code reviews and technical discussions to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices
Working under the general supervision of a development manager, while proactively contributing to team goals and project milestones

Required

BS in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field with 2 years of experience, or MS in a relevant discipline
Demonstrated experience in technical software development (academic, research, or industry projects)
Familiarity with modern software development practices, including agile methodologies, version control, and code review
Strong background in AI/ML frameworks, including experience with large language models
Proficiency with Python and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow

Preferred

Knowledge of physics-based simulation tools (LS-DYNA, Ansys)
CAD modeling
CFD
real-time simulation
optimization workflows
generative design
