Responsibilities

Develop and implement scalable AWS-based infrastructure to support genomics, AI-driven workflows, and scientific data pipelines

Improve and standardize code asset management practices, including repository structures and branching strategies

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub, Jenkins, and Ansible; introduce best practices to increase reliability and automation

Manage on-prem and cloud hybrid environments, including Ubuntu/Linux and Windows systems, VMWare virtual machines, and AWS compute/storage services

Automate deployment of containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes

Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance across high-performance computing (HPC) environments and large-scale scientific datasets

Implement system monitoring, observability tools, and security protocols to ensure uptime and compliance industry standards

Provide hands-on support and guidance to cross-functional partners including bioinformatics, data science, and IT
