Responsibilities
Work closely alongside the CEO to build, fabricate, wire, and assemble real flight hardware from day one
Partner with the rest of the engineering team to ensure that the product can be taken from concept to reality while ruthlessly prioritizing speed of execution and aiding in the bring up of production capabilities
Qualification
Required
Experience in building, fabricating, wiring, and assembling flight hardware
Strong knowledge of power systems, batteries, avionics, structures, and controls
Ability to thrive under pressure and figure things out independently
Demonstrated obsession with quality and speed
Experience in product production and execution
Ability to partner with engineering teams to bring concepts to reality
Master fabricator skills
