Qualification
Required
Experience in Mechanical, Aero, RF, GNC, Electrical, Software engineering
Ability to own subsystem end-to-end
Experience in designing, building, breaking, fixing, and validating systems
Ability to thrive under pressure
Fast learner
Troubleshooting skills in the field
Ability to push hardware to its limits
Experience in taking systems from concept to reality
Experience in driving rapid iteration loops
Experience across avionics, power electronics, energy storage, integration, and bring-up of production capabilities
