Responsibilities

Partner with the COE to manage and execute strategic projects, including tracking milestones, preparing updates, and ensuring timely delivery of key initiatives across Wealth Management
Prepare materials for leadership meetings, business reviews, and executive presentations. Synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights and maintain a consistent business narrative for both internal and external audiences
Keep the COE and the team organized by managing calendars, tracking action items, and following up on deliverables with the ability to manage projects. Facilitate team meetings, set agendas, and ensure alignment across all stakeholders
Serve as a liaison between the COE, senior leaders, and cross-functional partners. Communicate priorities, progress, and outcomes with clarity and professionalism
Curate and refresh key messages, success stories, and performance highlights that reflect the evolving priorities and achievements of the Chase Wealth Management business. Ensure these narratives and presentations are ready for use in executive communications, client meetings, and internal updates
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency for the COO and the broader team. Propose and implement solutions that drive productivity and effectiveness
Gather, analyze, and present business performance data to support decision-making. Highlight trends, risks, and opportunities in regular updates to leadership
Handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgement. Deliver thoughtfully and expeditiously, maintaining composure in high-pressure situations

Qualification

Required

2 or more years of experience in financial services
Experience managing projects in a client-focused environment
Expert in Microsoft PowerPoint and executive presentation building skills
An outstanding ability to communicate effectively and confidently (both verbally and written); ability to apply quantitative and strategic approaches and work well in cross-functional teams
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills (both written and verbal); ability to interact with colleagues at all levels and achieve goals without direct control over resources
Strong judgement and ability to appropriately handle sensitive and sometimes confidential information. Deliver thoughtfully and expeditiously, while always remaining calm
Strong ability to prioritize work; strong organizational skills and detail-orientation, comfort juggling a dynamic and ever-changing work
Demonstrated track record of a high level of initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating ability to work in unstructured, dynamic environment
Self-motivated & a commitment to acquiring new knowledge and skills; seek to continuously improve standards of work, address opportunities for development
Excellent academic credentials; Bachelor's degree
