Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Integrate, harmonize and model data using current SAP based tools, such as Datasphere, to support enterprise data initiatives
Design and develop dashboards/reports using industry-standard tools such as Analytics Cloud and Power BI
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights
Ensure data quality and integrity by performing regular data audits and validations
Provide technical support and training to team members and end-users on data tools
Stay informed of the latest tools, technologies, and best practices in data analytics, governance, and data management
Monitor system performance and data flows
Create and maintain documentation for data processes, models, and systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
3-5 years of experience in a Data Analyst role, with hands-on expertise in SAP BW/4HANA or Datasphere
Proficiency in SQL and Python, ETL tools, and at least one programming language commonly used for data
Strong background in data visualization and reporting tools such as Analytics Cloud or Power BI
Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into understandable business terms
Understanding of data privacy and security regulations, including practices for ensuring data confidentiality and integrity
Ability to create structured documentation and clearly communicate technical processes
Must live within a commutable distance from Montvale, NJ
