Designing and Implementing Secure Platforms: This involves collaborating with development and operations teams to design and implement secure infrastructure

Vulnerability Management and Patching: Assessing, and remediating vulnerabilities across all platforms. This involves conducting regular vulnerability scans, analyzing scan results, and coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely patching and configuration hardening

Security Monitoring and Incident Response Support: In the event of a security incident, they may assist in forensic analysis, containment, and eradication efforts by providing deep technical insights into the platform's architecture

Cloud Security Expertise: Security Platform Engineers specialize in securing cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
