Outside Sale Engineer New Jersey Territory
JAD Specialty Co., Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative to join their team. In this role, you will generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals while building relationships within your territory.

Responsibilities
Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory
Meet or exceed designated sales targets
Create and implement an effective sales strategy
Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program
Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales
Qualification
Required
High school diploma/GED
Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Previous experience in outside sales
Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Industry Experience
