HR Generalist
DeLaval is a company committed to sustainable food production solutions for dairy producers. They are seeking a seasoned HR Generalist to serve as the primary HR point of contact for their Kansas City office, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Responsibilities
Partner with HR Management on policy development, training, and organizational initiatives
Support our various business units on HR processes and ensure compliance with organizational policies
Lead or support HR projects related to engagement and process improvement
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Maintain and improve HRIS data integrity and reporting
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Qualification
Required
5+ years of progressive HR experience, including generalist responsibilities including Benefits, Payroll
Understanding of employment law and HR best practices
Experience supporting or managing payroll and benefits functions
Proven ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization
Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to manage through ambiguity and stay organized amidst
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across locations
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
Ability to travel 1-2 times per month. Potential for global travel if interested
