Quality Engineer Associate Manager - Grand Prairie, TX

The role involves ensuring the quality of products delivered to customers by reviewing manufacturing documentation, supporting teams, and leading a group of Quality Engineers.

Responsibilities
Reviewing documentation related to manufacturing processes
Supporting Integrated Product Teams with quality data and information
Analyzing and resolving process issues
Leading and developing a team of Quality Engineers
Managing Earned Value Management System (EVMS) work packages
Qualification
Required
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Ability to obtain a secret clearance
Preferred
STEM Degree at the Bachelors or Masters Level highly preferred
SAP or Apriso Application Experience
Lean/ Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification
Special Process Engineering Experience
ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) and/ or Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA)
Advanced AS9100 Interpretation and Application Experience
Experience Working with Government Customers
Experience with performing AS9102 First Article Inspections or AS9145 APQP & PPAP
Experience with the DD250 process
Experience working Quality support on a manufacturing floor
Effective Communication Skills - written, oral, listening, and technical writing
Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications: Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc
Strong knowledge of industry recognized Quality systems such International (ISO), aerospace (AS), and FAA regulations
Statistical Process Control (SPC)/ Key Characteristics (KC) Experience
Test and Inspection Equipment Experience
