Program Manager 4-ProdDev
Oracle is a world leader in cloud solutions, and they are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join their Supply Chain Product Planning team. The role involves leading cross-functional initiatives to deliver product solutions and drive strategic supply chain transformations for OCI's enterprise customers.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage the execution of strategic programs within OCI’s supply chain product planning area, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and product roadmaps
Develop and maintain program plans, track progress, identify risks, and ensure the successful delivery of initiatives
Work closely with senior stakeholders to define project goals, timelines, and resource requirements
Partner with product management, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to drive end-to-end product planning and execution
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication, align priorities, and resolve conflicts
Facilitate regular status updates, ensuring all teams are aligned on program progress and any changes in scope or timelines
Understand the challenges and opportunities within global supply chain management and work with product teams to deliver solutions that enhance OCI’s product offerings
Drive improvements in supply chain planning, logistics, and inventory management functionality within OCI's product suite
Analyze business and technical requirements, translate them into actionable plans, and track key performance metrics for program success
Identify and mitigate risks early in the program lifecycle to ensure successful delivery
Handle change management for product features or timelines, ensuring teams are prepared for and adaptable to changes
Engage with customers and industry experts to stay current with trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs in supply chain planning
Leverage market feedback to drive continuous product enhancements and improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of program management experience, with a strong focus on supply chain, product management, or enterprise software
Proven track record of managing large, complex programs with cross-functional/organizational teams
Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, procurement, logistics, and order management
Excellent project management skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex issues into actionable insights
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making capabilities
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree
Experience with Oracle Supply Chain Management products or similar enterprise solutions (e.g., ERP, SCM, PLM)
Familiarity with PMP, Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies
Experience using tools such as Jira, MS Project, or similar

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
