Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns
Translate complex data findings into understandable insights for stakeholders
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for key business metrics
Perform statistical analysis to support business decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs
Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis
Support strategic planning with data-driven recommendations
Monitor and report on key performance indicators
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets
Knowledge of statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
1+ years of experience in a data analyst role or similar position
Excellent communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred
Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus
