Responsibilities

Manage Program and Intake processes to ensure optimal resource allocation, timeline commitments, external team dependencies, cross synergies, and efficiencies

Implement the product roadmap by translating business requirements to engineering teams and managing the Epics throughout the software engineering lifecycle

Collaborate closely with the Product Managers to execute critical tasks for project success

Ensure development teams deliver high-quality work that aligns with business requirements, removing blockers, and keeping stakeholders informed

Act as the main point of contact between the business and development teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication

Evangelize the product goals from the customer perspective with all internal and external stakeholders

Ensure we are building to meet Program and Product Objectives

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education

Be a strong communicator, both written and oral

Have the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision

Build partnerships across teams and mediate conflicts effectively

Possess a proactive mindset with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

Have expert knowledge in the Software Engineering Lifecycle

Be able to manage priorities and delegate tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

Be adaptable to change
