Responsibilities

Participate in supervised practical training by legal assistants and provide support to the legal department

Perform administrative tasks such as filing, copying, printing, scanning, taking meeting notes, and preparing binders

Maintain corporate files, which includes indexing, maintaining a central repository, maintaining logging systems, and transporting documents between legal and business departments

Perform legal research

Utilize communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with all levels of employees as well as internal and external contacts

Utilize MS Office Suite and other computer-based applications

Perform other duties as assigned or required

Required

Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student with plans to attend a top law school 1-2 years after graduation
