URBN is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Systems Analyst to manage, maintain, and optimize their Global UKG WFM platform. The role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of workforce management systems and providing technical support to end-users.

Responsibilities

System Administration: Administer, configure, and maintain the UKG WFM system, including user access, security roles, and system settings

Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as the primary point of contact for all WFM-related issues. Provide timely and effective Tier 2/3 technical support to end-users and internal teams

Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize modules such as Timekeeping, Accruals, Schedules, and Pay Rules to align with business requirements and company policies

Data Management: Manage data integrity, perform system audits, and oversee data imports/exports to and from other systems (e.g., HRIS, Payroll)

Upgrades & Patches: Plan, test, and implement system upgrades, patches, and new feature releases to ensure the system is up-to-date and operating efficiently

Training & Documentation: Maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials. Conduct training sessions for new and existing users

Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and operational teams to gather requirements, implement system enhancements, and resolve issues

Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for system optimization and process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience
