Responsibilities

Partner with missile designers, production operations, and stakeholders to design and integrate robotic, conveyor, vision, and control systems

Perform hands‑on integration and commissioning of robots, end‑of‑arm tools, and related equipment

Develop and maintain manufacturing processes, procedures, and layouts to maximize quality, safety, and efficiency

Lead the lifecycle of automated solutions from concept through implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement

Ensure all designs comply with government regulations, safety standards, and engineering requirements

Designing, developing, and deploying robotic and industrial‑automation solutions

Partnering with missile designers, production operations, and stakeholders to design and integrate robotic, conveyor, vision, and control systems

Performing hands‑on integration and commissioning of robots, end‑of‑arm tools, and related equipment

Developing and maintaining manufacturing processes, procedures, and layouts to maximize quality, safety, and efficiency

Leading the lifecycle of automated solutions from concept through implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement

Ensuring all designs comply with government regulations, safety standards, and engineering requirements

Preferred

Experience with Aerospace/Automotive paint/coating automation equipment and processes

Working knowledge of Allen-Bradley (Rockwell Automation) programmable logic controllers (PLC) SLC 500 & ControlLogix5000, Ladder Logic, FANUC robotics and controls

Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and/or specifications
