Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery aligned with defined goals
Create strategic project plans, define objectives, and implement performance tracking mechanisms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external vendors, dealerships, and global partners to ensure alignment and execution
Analyze performance data to generate insights, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement
Identify risks and process gaps, implement mitigation strategies, and regularly report on progress and future plans
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field (master's preferred)
3+ years of project management experience, ideally in a cross-functional or global environment
Strong analytical and data manipulation skills (SQL, Excel, Access)
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
