Required

Pre-employment background check
Pre-employment drug screen
Experience in an administrative or operations role, ideally in a branch or office setting
Strong leadership and team-management skills; ability to develop and motivate staff
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning/using branch/office systems

Preferred

supervisory experience strongly preferred
Experience with budgeting, reporting, and administrative expense oversight preferred
