Enterprise Relationahip Manager
Stern Recruiting is representing a rapidly growing SaaS company in the Digital Employee Experience space. The Commercial Account Executive will take ownership of the Northeast territory, managing the full sales cycle and engaging with IT and business stakeholders to drive growth.

Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, across net-new and expansion accounts
Build and execute precise account and territory plans to drive growth
Engage IT and business stakeholders from first conversation through final negotiation
Partner closely with solution engineers, channel partners, and cloud marketplaces to accelerate velocity and close business
Consistently deliver disciplined value-based sales cycles with strong forecasting and urgency
Contribute to defining 'what great looks like' for the Commercial segment
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience selling to IT and business decision-makers
Consistent record of quota attainment (120%+ achievement, President's Club or similar)
Strength in hunting and pipeline creation — comfortable generating new opportunities without waiting on inbound
Strong channel experience, including selling through partners and cloud marketplaces
Exceptional ability to translate technology into business outcomes and tell a compelling story
Process-driven, coachable, and committed to continuous improvement
Must live in NY or NJ and be ready to engage with customers and partners in person regularly
Preferred
Experience selling in EUC, DEX, VDI, or infrastructure monitoring
Familiarity with Citrix, VMware, IGEL, or ControlUp
MEDDPICC trained or certified
