Responsibilities
Review claims received via the claims fax/email box
Process claims that meet Axiom’s policy guidelines by approving payments to customers or repair shops
Escalate claims that do not meet guidelines to a Mechanical Claims Analyst for further review
Set up manual check payments for claims requiring alternative payment methods
Assist the Claims Department and servicing centers with payment-related questions
Troubleshoot payment issues with auto repair service shops
Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of accounts payable or receivable experience
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service and teamwork skills
Ability to handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
