Environmental Services

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and organization
Process and enter purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner
Handle customer invoicing and maintain financial records
Communicate with customers over the phone, providing excellent service and support
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency
Maintain office supplies and ensure office equipment is functioning properly

Qualification

Book Keeping SoftwareOffice ManagementMicrosoft OfficeCustomer ServiceOrganizational SkillsCommunication Skills

Required

Minimum 3 years working with a Book Keeping Software (ie. Zoho, PeachTree, QuickBooks)
Previous experience in office management, administration, or a similar role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Experience in customer service or working with clients over the phone
