Responsibilities

Support the VP of Strategic Growth & Partnerships in the management expansion of key accounts across MGA, broker, TPA, and reinsurance relationships
Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day partner inquiries, ensuring timely communication and effective resolution of issues
Collaborate closely with underwriting, claims, compliance, operations, and other shared services teams to deliver seamless support to partners
Assist in the development and execution of account management strategies that enhance partner engagement and drive profitable growth
Track and analyze partner performance, identifying opportunities for growth, cross-sell, and improved program outcomes
Coordinate partner review meetings, including agenda preparation, presentation support, and follow-up actions
Maintain CRM and account management tools to ensure data accuracy and actionable reporting for senior leadership
Support business development efforts by leveraging existing partner relationships and helping identify expansion opportunities
Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives designed to strengthen Crum & Forster’s market position

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance, reinsurance, account management, or related field; Accident & Health experience a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to travel
Strong relationship management skills with a customer-first mindset
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically

Preferred

Salesforce or other CRM experience
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
