Responsibilities

Provides clerical and administrative support to all project team members to include: organizing and maintaining project records, files, and correspondence; copies project documentation as requested; coordinates meeting schedules

Serves as a liaison between human resources and project team members by supporting the new hire process and processing required paperwork

Assists with craft hiring, making sure all walk-in application are reviewed documented for interviews or logged for Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO)

Prepares and schedules office activities such as travel arrangements, business meetings and appointments

Works with project management team to resolve issues that arise with projects or clients

Performs other duties as assigned
