Responsibilities

Develop portfolio setup and maintenance related to account setup, compliance, and documentation on InData and Vestmark systems
Coordinate regulatory and performance reporting
Process billing and accounting for external business
Prepare model trades for dual contracts and model portfolios
Assist with operational projects

Qualification

Required

Develop portfolio setup and maintenance related to account setup, compliance, and documentation on InData and Vestmark systems
Coordinate regulatory and performance reporting
Process billing and accounting for external business
Prepare model trades for dual contracts and model portfolios
Assist with operational projects
Knowledge of composite construction
Strong ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree in business or finance or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum Required: 5+ years of related experience in the financial services industry
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Knowledge of Bloomberg and FactSet
Knowledge of InData and Vestmark
