Responsibilities

Advise clients on estate planning strategies, including wills, trusts, wealth-transfer tools, and incapacity planning

Develop and implement comprehensive tax-efficient planning solutions for individuals, families, and business owners

Draft a variety of estate planning documents such as revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced directives

Counsel clients on federal estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax matters

Provide guidance on business succession planning and entity structuring

Conduct legal research and stay current on changes in state and federal tax laws

Collaborate with clients' financial advisors, CPAs, and other professionals to deliver integrated planning

Manage probate and trust administration matters as needed
